My recent stay at this lodging in Chester exceeded all of my high expectations. Not only was the location perfect for exploring the city, but the communication from Jon the host was exceptional. the instructions provided about arrival and parking were clear, and Jon even checked in during my stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. I was especially impressed with the designated parking space at the rear of the property, making it incredibly convenient to come and go as I pleased. the proximity to fantastic restaurants and pubs made dining out a breeze. the hotel went above and beyond when I realized I had left behind some jewellery in the room. the staff promptly contacted me and arranged for its return, which truly saved the day. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities made me feel right at home, and the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this lodging and would definitely return for another stay in the future.
